No Poverty

No Poverty is the first goal in the 17 sustainable goals made by the UN. Poverty has lead to many deaths that could of been prevented if the family had money. It's true that money cannot save lies but sometimes it can. Poverty also causes health problems. Many who suffer from poverty don't have clean water to drink from like in the book "Long Walk To Water",. Long Walk to Water includes two stories that intersect at the end and one of the main characters, Nya has to fetch water from a pond that is two hours walk from her home. As if one trip to the pond daily isn't enough, she has to take two and sometimes one might think that this is not worth it because even this much effort leads to brackish water. However, this is there only hope, they cannot just live without water.
